Our environment is the most valuable thing we have. Therefore, we want to take our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact by reducing waste in our restaurants. The first step is that we have started measuring all our waste, including the leftovers thrown by our guests.
Every day, tons of food are thrown around the world. Europe's food waste alone could feed 200 million hungry people. If we all make conscious choices and think an extra time before throwing food we can make a difference.
